Location here is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from an art gallery 🎨. the staff are super attentive and friendly. the breakfast is yummy and comes with coffee or tea, plus you can get cooked items and toast if you fancy.

Pet-friendly and extremely pleasant rooms with fantastic view at reasonable prices. Good location near great coffee shop around the corner, a very important shopping places and the centre of Dundee, could not be better.
